Description and Last Known Appearance

Police describe Roy Harris as a Black male, approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing around 180 pounds. He has brown eyes, is bald, and has gray hair.

At the time of his disappearance, Harris was last seen wearing:

  • A black hat

  • A dark-colored shirt

  • Jeans

  • Red and white Nike shoes

Health Concerns and Urgency
