CHICAGO — Community members and police are intensifying the search for 13-year-old Quentine “Que Jay” Williams, who has been missing since June 25 on the city’s South Side. The case has drawn growing concern from neighbors, family, and public safety advocates.

According to the Chicago Police Department, Quentine was last seen in the area of the 6700 block of South East End Avenue, in the South Shore neighborhood.

Description and Appeal for Help

Quentine is described as:

  • A Black male

  • 5’7” tall, weighing approximately 115 pounds

  • Dark brown complexion

  • Brown eyes and black hair

Authorities say there is no indication of foul play at this time, but the case is being treated with urgency due to the boy’s age.

“This is someone’s child. We’re not waiting around,” said a South Shore resident helping distribute flyers. “The community is ready to step up.”
