Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that any content on our website infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification containing the following:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed
  • The exact URL or link to the allegedly infringing content
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

How to Send a DMCA Takedown Request

Response and Action

Upon receiving a valid DMCA complaint:

  • We will review and remove the allegedly infringing material within a reasonable timeframe
  • We may notify the user or contributor who published the content (if applicable)
  • In case of repeated offenses, we reserve the right to block or ban the offending user

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that content removed under a DMCA claim was not infringing, or that you have the right to use it, you may file a counter-notice including:

  • Your contact information
  • The material and its location before it was removed
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed in error
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of U.S. federal court
  • Your signature (physical or electronic)

We will forward your counter-notification to the original complainant. If no further action is taken by the complainant within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.
