PHOENIX, ARIZONA – Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect who stole credit cards from a gym locker and used them to rack up $10,000 in purchases at a Costco store in Phoenix.

According to the Phoenix Police Department, the cards were taken from a locker at LA Fitness located at 3301 East Bell Road on May 22. The next day, between 4:18 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., the suspect made several high-dollar purchases at the Costco at 4570 East Cactus Road.

The victim discovered the theft after receiving a bank alert about unusually large charges. By then, more than $10,000 had already been charged using the stolen cards.
