TINLEY PARK, IL — A 50-year-old man who was reported missing after attending a concert at the Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre in Tinley Park over the weekend is now believed to be dead, according to local authorities and the man’s family.
The Tinley Park Public Safety Department had issued an alert on Saturday night for Timothy Fogt, who was last seen leaving the concert venue around 11 p.m. wearing a black jacket and a white Live Nation T-shirt.
He had reportedly attended a show featuring Pierce the Veil, Sleeping with Sirens, and Beach Weather.
Alert Canceled, Daughter Confirms Death
By Sunday morning, Tinley Park officials canceled the missing person alert, stating that Fogt had been located, and asked the public to “please keep his family in your thoughts.”
Fogt’s daughter later confirmed on social media that her father had been found “deceased.”
No formal identification had been made by the Will County coroner as of Monday morning, but the timeline and location of another incident reported nearby adds key context.

Shortly after midnight Sunday — just hours after Fogt was last seen — Illinois State Police responded to a deadly incident on eastbound I-80, just west of Oak Park Avenue and not far from the amphitheater.
A 50-year-old Romeoville man was reportedly struck by a semi-trailer in the center lane of the expressway.
